Senior HR Advisor (12 month FTC) - London - Possibl
Possibl is partnering with a renowned professionals services firm who are seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor
The role is 12 month FTC and will afford you the opportunity to really have influence regarding HR workings to senior leaders within the organisation, while also providing strategic and operational HR support to designated business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advice and guidance to employees and managers on a wide range of HR-related issues
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies
- Provide data and analysis to support decision making and business planning
- Act as a liaison between the business and HR departments to ensure effective communication and alignment
- Provide coaching and mentoring to managers and employees on HR-related matters
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Senior HR Advisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
