Possibl are proud to have partnered with one of the UK’s leading construction engineering specialists who are looking to add an Instructional Designer to their L&D team. This is a completely new role and so it is an excellent opportunity to join the team and have your own input in creating digital learning content for some amazing and prestigious companies!

The role will require both end-to-end e-learning creation for construction workers as well as video recording and manipulation to produce digital content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Storyboard various learning including e-learning, video animation and recording and produce digital content
• Record and produce different types of videos (interview, vlog, live video etc.)
• Prepare and develop assessment, guides, syllabi, learning objectives, and supporting material
• Review external learning content for suitability
• Responsible for all aspects of the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to support the envisioning and design of learning and development interventions to help deliver desired business outcomes
• General administrative duties

Your Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Instructional Designer
• Experience using Articulate 360
• Knowledgeable with video recording and creation software
• Able to use the Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of learning methodologies and instructional design processes
• Experience working with stakeholders and SMEs
• Strong communicator, both written and verbal
• A hard worker
