Senior User Researcher

Possibl is currently recruiting on behalf of an award-winning, market leading technology company.

They are working on cutting edge technologies to make an impact on millions of users globally whilst providing meaningful insights. With so much focus of making the world a cleaner and greener place, they try and make their imprint by reducing fuel consumption and CO2 footprint.

From this User Researcher, they are looking for someone to drive strategy and vision. This will require someone to have experience of practising and demonstrating the required skill and knowledge. You will be able to use your understanding of methodologies by solving daily challenges and improve industry practice.

This organisation has recently had a huge amount of investment, which will allow someone to spread their wings and work closely with stakeholders. Their partner is one of the fortune 50, which will provide the Researcher a chance to grow and develop as an individual within their career.

In order to be a successful candidate, you will need to have the following :

• Experience across interaction and visual design
• Connecting UX strategy to business results whilst defining UX visions and missions
• Thorough understanding of User Psychology
• Design and analytical thinking
