Leadership Development Advisor , French or German speaking –Possibl– London, UK

Possibl is pleased to be partnering on behalf of a global authority in leadership consulting. A new position has become available for a French or German speaking Leadership Development Advisor to join the business in London (Hybrid working) on a permanent basis.

You’ll collaborate with Account and Project Managers to consult across a range of clients. You will use your business acumen and analysis to drive forward and leverage multiple solutions, to aid engagement on products focusing on leadership development.

Required skills, experience & behaviours:

• Passion for leadership development – ideally with some experience supporting on the design or implementation of learning programs either in-house or consulting
• Perhaps bringing wider experience from talent management or talent development
• Experience advising on best use of learning programmes
• Some experience facing off to senior clients or internal stakeholders
• Ability to network and demonstrate credibility with clients
• Collaborative nature internally and externally
• Ambitious – keen to learn and grow by being proactive
• French or German language skills to professional level
• Ideally some kind of relevant education ie – psychology, HR, business
