Possibl – Localisation Research Scientist – London, UK (Hybrid/flexible)

Possibl has partnered with one of the big names in Global leadership consulting in the search for a Localisation Research Scientist to join their well-established solutions team in London on a permanent basis.

As the organisation continues to expand internationally, the demand grows for translating their psychometric/assessment products and leadership services into many different languages. This is where you come in with your psychology knowledge, data and writing skills. In summary you will enable the 3rd party supplier to accurately replicate the tools and products into precise, accurate local language. Alongside the core of the role, you will contribute to wider research & development initiatives in the team looking at cutting edge projects that will give clients the edge and you plenty of challenge/reward.

About you:

• Some business experience – not necessarily related
• Relevant education ie. psychology, behaviour, research, data or translation management
• An interest in psychometrics, talent or leadership a big advantage
• Data analysis skills – including use of SPSS, R, Excel etc
• Research and development skills
• Outstanding written and oral communication
