Senior Visual Designer

 

 Possibl is currently recruiting on behalf of an award-winning, market leading technology company.

They are working on cutting edge technologies to make an impact on millions of users globally whilst providing meaningful insights. With so much focus of making the world a cleaner and greener place, they try and make their imprint by reducing fuel consumption and CO2 footprint.

 

This organisation has recently had a huge amount of investment, which will allow someone to spread their wings and work closely with stakeholders. Their partner is one of the fortune 50, which will provide the Designer a chance to grow and develop as an individual within their career.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop visually appealing and effective designs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Lead design projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring high-quality execution and on-time delivery
  • Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on design best practices and processes
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and technologies and continuously improve design skills
  • Contribute to the design culture and help evolve the company's design language and aesthetic

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in visual design, with a portfolio demonstrating experience in creating visually appealing and effective designs for web and mobile
  • Excellent knowledge of design software
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
